Founded in 2006, P.L.A.N. provides assistance to over 100,000 individuals living in Northern Lake County by providing free food from our food pantry, hygiene products, clothing, appliances & furniture to individuals and families in need.
Children under the age of 18 make up 40% of those we serve; 5% of assistance recipients are homeless.

PLAN relies entirely on community volunteers to provide life's most important essentials to our neighbors in need.
We keep our shelves stocked thanks to donations from generous individuals, families, students, community organizations and local businesses.

As an extension of PLAN, the LIFE Center offers classes, workshops and other events to help individuals & families improve their family life, knowledge and understanding through life skills education.
