Food Pantry Information
We can help
Registered individuals or families of P.L.A.N receive:
- One box of food each month with items based on family size and needs
- Unlimited visits for bread/bakery & clothes
If you need assistance, please visit us during pantry hours.
If you decide to register, we'll ask for you to complete a one-page form called Declaration of Need. Please bring with you a valid I.D. (driver license, state i.d.) and proof of residency (address on driver license, utility bill or lease contract).
